From Businesses:

We collect:

• Business name and address
• Business contact mobile number
• Offer details
• Connection/partner benefit details
• Basic administrative timestamps

2. Data Usage (Businesses Only)

Customer Data,Customer mobile numbers are used only to:

• Share with selected/connected businesses for callback requests.
• Enable communication between customer and business.
• We do not sell or publicly display customer data.

Business Data Used for:

• Platform listing
• Communication
• Offer and connection management

3. Data Sharing

Customer mobile numbers are shared only with relevant businesses when a callback is requested.

We do not sell personal or business data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Customer lead data may be stored for operational purposes and history tracking.

Business data is stored:

While active on Zovyu Or up to 12 months after inactivity.
