1. What Zovyu Does

Zovyu provides:

• QR-based discovery of businesses and offers
• Digital display of business-created offers
• Business-to-business connection features
• Customer lead sharing through features like “Request Callback”
• Shareable business profiles and links

Zovyu does NOT:

• Guarantee customers or conversions
• Verify offer claims or redemptions
• Process payments
• Act as intermediary in transactions
• Enforce agreements between businesses

Important:
Zovyu facilitates visibility, connections, and lead sharing only.

2. Customer Lead Sharing

When a customer submits their mobile number:

• The number may be shared with relevant/connected businesses

Zovyu may record:

• Source business
• Vendor/business receiving lead
• Timestamp

Zovyu:

• Does NOT guarantee exclusivity of leads
• Does NOT guarantee accuracy of referral ownership
• Does NOT prevent multiple businesses from receiving similar leads

3. Business Responsibility

Businesses are solely responsible for:

• Creating and updating offers
• Ensuring accuracy of information
• Handling customer communication
• Managing leads received through the platform
• Honoring any referral or partner arrangements
• Resolving disputes with customers or other businesses

Zovyu does not:

• Enforce commissions or referral agreements
• Mediate conflicts between businesses
• Guarantee lead quality or intent

4. Platform Usage Rules

Businesses agree:

• Not to misuse customer data
• Not to spam or harass customers
• To use leads only for relevant service communication

Zovyu reserves the right to:

• Limit access
• Remove listings
• Restrict accounts in case of misuse

5. Limitation of Liability

Zovyu is not responsible for:

• Offer validity
• Service quality
• Customer-business disputes
• Business-to-business disputes
• Financial transactions
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunities

6. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zovyu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

7. Policy Updates

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
