Zovyu provides restaurants and customers with digital menu viewing, QR code table ordering, and electronic bill presentation. Zovyu is a technology provider and does not prepare or sell food directly.
2. Business Responsibilities
Partner businesses are solely responsible for:
- Setting and maintaining accurate item pricing, descriptions, and tax rates.
- Food preparation, hygiene, quality, and allergen notifications.
- Creation, terms, and redemption of coupons and promotional offers.
3. Coupon & Offer Terms
- Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, deals, or discounts unless explicitly permitted.
- Coupons are managed entirely by the issuing restaurant. Zovyu holds no liability for offer modifications or rejections.
- Restaurants reserve the right to modify or revoke custom deals at their discretion.
4. Limitation of Liability
Zovyu is not responsible for menu discrepancies, service delays at restaurant venues, or disputes between dining customers and restaurants.
5. Acceptance and Changes
By using Zovyu services via QR code, web, or business portal, you agree to these terms. Continued usage following updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
