From Customers:

We do NOT collect:

• Names
• Mobile numbers
• Email addresses
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Personal or sensitive information

Customers can scan QR codes and view offers anonymously.

From Businesses:

We collect:

• Business name and address
• Business contact mobile number
• Offer details provided by the business
• Basic administrative timestamps

This data is collected only when a business registers or requests listing.

2. WHAT ZOVYU DOES

Zovyu provides:

• QR-based redirection to offers
• Digital display of business-created offers
• Shareable offer links

Zovyu does NOT:

• Track customers
• Track referrals
• Track offer claims
• Verify redemptions
• Process payments
• Interfere in transactions

We are a display and sharing platform only.

3. DATA USAGE (BUSINESSES ONLY)

Business contact information is used for:

• Communication
• Offer management support
• Listing administration

We do not sell or share business data.

4. DATA RETENTION

Business data is stored:

• While associated with Zovyu
• Or up to 12 months after inactivity

Deletion requests can be sent to writetozovyu@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

5. BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY

Businesses are solely responsible for:

• Creating and updating offers
• Ensuring offer accuracy
• Handling customer disputes
• Accepting or rejecting redemptions
• Defining their own offer terms

Zovyu does not guarantee any offer.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zovyu is not responsible for:

• Offer validity
• Service quality
• Customer-business disputes
• Financial transactions
• Third-party failures

7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Using the platform means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

8. POLICY UPDATES

Major changes will be updated publicly. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
